But, as a quick answer:
Banned Fills (any brand): White, Cream and Pink
Banned Paint: Reaction made by Brass Eagle/JT
The owner is still deciding on whether to ban all Brass Eagle/JT/Stryker paints since they all have the same fill formula.

Yes it is allowed. All orange fill is not banned.
Banned Fills are White, Pink and Cream (a peach looking color)
