Yes, all fill colors are allowed at this time

At the time this was posted, all colors were allowed. But, you are correct, white is now banded.

Who makes this " red fill " paint ?
Wow.... there's an actual paint manufacturer out there with the balls,
( literally and figuratively ) who doesn't sweat the " PC " crowd.
