A question was possed about use of smoke grenades on the field.
In a staff meeting after the Saturday's game the owner stated the following rule regarding the use of smoke;
"Only staff is allowed to deploy smoke grenades and those grenades must be aboved before use."
The reasons for this is even "cool burn" grenades generate a significant amount of heat and that some of the chemicals used to generate the smoke are toxic once you review the MSDS sheet. This is why the orange smoke grenade we use in previous years are now banned.
