Hello, all! I was curious to know how things went for those who came on April 2nd. What an interesting and fun day we had out here at New Kent Paint Ball Games! Interesting as in weather; we had a snow/rain/sleet/hail mixture for a few minutes before we went out to play at Firebase 1. Fun as in the games; they were action-packed!
We hope you all had a good time out here playing paintball! I admit the second game, Domination, was a fun game. Being in Base 4 and holding off Red team as long as we did was awesome! For you Blue that were in Base 4 you did great on defense! For the Red team that was a hard fought victory and Blue team you gave a heck of a fight.
We played a game at Firebase 1 and the fighting was fierce and hot. Red team never could take the tower but Blue team held the tower the entire game. Blue took all the trenches of Firebase 1 while Red had only the outer walls adjacent to the trenches. Mark H., you did well in those trenches and we couldn't have done it without you! Blue team was like a tidal wave!
The last game we played was at Base 6. Base 6 was highly contested and tense. Red team you all gave a spectacular fight! A lot of paintballs whizzed by our heads on that game! Both teams held Base 6 but Red team you all won that game through attrition; you all made Blue team work hard to hold their side of Base 6! To Randy, you did a superb job on stopping Blue team from advancing up the trenches! Blue team, you did good on reinforcing Base 6 even with Red watching our reinsertion trail as well as shooting at us as we ran back to Base 6! For me it was worth being paintball fodder, at times, to get you all into Base 6 and I'm sure Red team enjoyed shooting me!
So, if you like let us know how adrenaline filled your day was here at New Kent Paint Ball Games! It was a great day of paintball and we're looking forward to playing again on April 16th!!
Also, this is for Mark H. (his last day of playing here): it's been great playing paintball with you. Couldn't ask for a better day and friend; we wish you the very best!
