How's the week coming along everyone!? Just posting a review of our June 16 game! We hope that you all had a good time playing here and we especially hope that you fathers who played paintball with your sons had a wonderful time!
Everyone who came has their favorite game and/or moment and we had some good games! I can't mention then all but I can mention a few!!
With Justin leaving for the Marine Corps; the owner gave him the decision to what game to play. Justin's decision was to play Center Flag at Firebase 1. What a fight we had at Firebase 1! Blue team got to the tower first and was able to hold tight. But Red team gave us a run for our money. I was in the tower and the amount of paint that was thrown was so much that paint was dripping from the outside of the tower on to my barrel as I was shooting out from the tower! A lot of fighting was at the high ground and high ground bunker. Red team rushed the Culvert and took it for some time but Blue team got it back. There were a few times that Red got a few of Blue out from underneath the tower! The victory went to Blue team for they held the tower at the end of the game.
The Down Pilot game was interesting. Communications, maneuvers, and the change of battle plans were what made the game interesting. The goal was to retrieve the pilots and trying to get the pilots was intense! Red team had them in possession and Blue team was trying to find their location and cut them off their path of extraction. Blue caught up with Red in Field 3 and then a paint exchanging extravaganza took place to take the pilots! Blue won that fight and even though we had the pilots in possession Red put up a fight to get them back and if reinforcements for Blue did not arrive then we would have lost! I want to add a special thank you to the one (on the Red Team) who helped the nurse (an actual nurse) who was really hurt. You did an excellent job and not everyone showed compassion to someone who was really hurt!
My highlight was the last game: Search and Destroy in Field 3. I believe it was 3 against 7. I enjoyed playing that game for I was with Justin and his father. This game was my highlight for it will be a while until I see Justin again since he is leaving for the Marine Corps. We worked well together and had a good time fighting side by side!! I did have a moment of confusion for I will not forget how stunned I was to see how quick Red was to intercept us and that I just watched two of them run twelve feet beside me (I was fortunate that they didn't see me!)!!
I had a good time and we of New Kent Paint Ball Games hope that you all enjoyed your day playing paintball with us! It would be good to hear from you so when you can let us know how your day went! And do check us out on Facebook for you might find a picture of yourself from last Saturday! Also, I am glad that you fathers came out and played paintball with your sons. And I am sure that the time spent will not be forgotten. Our next paintball game is July 7th and see you then!!

I'm really sorry my son and i missed the fathers day games, it sounds like they were great ! we were so looking forward to coming out for a day of paintball, unfortunatly illness prevented us from taking part. We have mixed emotions about justin leaving, my son and i play red and as you can guess justin and mark are intense opponents, my son looks forward to open games knowing he'll get to face off against justin, he'll be greatly missed, we are proud to have had the opportunity to play with such an intense and honerable gamer. Good luck Justin, Kyan says give him just a few years and he'll be joining you in the corp.
